Conditions of use for the reimbursement platform.
Allowed Use
Access to the platform is strictly reserved for staff, collaborators, and volunteers authorized by the organization. Access credentials are personal and non-transferable.
User Responsibility
The user assumes full civil and criminal liability for the accuracy of the data entered and the attached documentation (receipts, invoices). Providing false data or counterfeit receipts will result in immediate revocation of access and reporting to competent authorities.
Service Provision
The organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time for technical or administrative reasons.
